The Research Unit for General Practice has moved to new premises

At the end of October 2025, the Research Unit for General Practice moved to the 3rd floor of building 1261 at the Department of Public Health, Aarhus University.

The Research Unit for General Practice relocated to new premises at the end of October 2025. The unit remains located in buildings 1260 and 1261 at the Department of Public Health, Aarhus University, but now on the 3rd floor.

Most staff are located in offices at one end of building 1261, while researchers with joint appointments at both the Research Unit for General Practice and the Department of Public Health are located in building 1260.

The relocation is part of a larger reorganisation at the Department of Public Health. As of 20 November 2025, the ground-floor premises will be occupied by the Centre for Register Research, which was previously located at Aarhus BSS on Fuglesangs Allé.

The new facilities provide excellent conditions for research and collaboration, with bright workspaces and ample opportunities for interdisciplinary knowledge exchange. The relocation marks an important step in the ongoing development of the research unit, reinforcing its commitment to fostering an inspiring, efficient and welcoming working environment for all staff.

The Research Unit for General Practice looks forward to welcoming colleagues and collaborators to the new premises.
