The Research Unit for General Practice in Aarhus is an independent research institution based at the Department of Public Health at Aarhus University. We collaborate closely with other departments across the Faculty of Health at Aarhus University, clinical departments at Aarhus University Hospital and regional quality improvement units.
We work closely with general practitioners (GPs) throughout our research projects to ensure that new initiatives are relevant and applicable in clinical practice.
We place a high priority on communicating research findings. The Research Unit collaborates closely with the VID network and the Danish College of General Practitioners to strengthen the link between research and clinical practice.
The Research Unit for General Practice in Aarhus collaborates closely with the Research Unit for General Practice in Copenhagen, the Research Unit of General Practice in Odense and Center for General Practice at Aalborg University.
