My research focuses on communication and quality in general practice across different consultation modalities, including telephone triage, face-to-face and video consultations. I work with the development and validation of methods for systematically assessing clinical communication, including the 4HCS, and with the potential of AI to support the assessment of communication quality.
I collaborate with researchers and clinical environments across disciplines and institutions. I have an international research collaboration with Université Grenoble Alpes in France and collaborate with Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus on research into clinical communication and quality in healthcare.
