The diagnostic value of anaemia with colorectal cancer
The importance of anaemia in diagnosing colorectal cancer: a case–control study using electronic primary care records. W Hamilton,R Lancashire, D Sharp, TJ Peters, KK Cheng and T Marshall. British Journal of Cancer, 2012. Anaemia is defined with a haemoglobin value of i< 8 mmol/l. Iron deficiency is defined as MCH<20 fl or ferritin<20 ng/.
